What happens after you submit

Your facility manager is notified
The notice goes to the team at your specific location, not a general inbox.
We verify the unit is clear
A team member checks the unit and confirms your lock has been removed.
Your account is finalized
We close out billing and stop future auto-payments on the unit.

Important

Submitting this form is your notice of intent to vacate. It does not by itself cancel an auto-payment or close your account — a team member completes that once the unit is verified as empty.

Leave your lock off the unit so we can confirm it's clear. If your move-out date changes, submit a new notice or call your facility.
