Self Storage Auction Terms and Conditions

• Payment: All units must be paid for at the time of sale. The only accepted forms of payment are credit card and money orders. Checks and cash will not be accepted.
• Attendance: No one under the age of 18 is allowed to attend the sale. All attendees must agree to follow all rules and regulations of the sale.
• Landlord Bidding: The landlord reserves the right to bid at the sale.
• Condition of Goods: All purchased goods are sold “as is” and must be removed by 5:00 PM on the day following the sale.
• Resale Permit: Buyers must provide a current, original, or a photocopy of their original resale permit at the time of sale in lieu of sales tax.
• Cancellation: This sale is subject to cancellation in the event of a settlement between the landlord and the obligated party.
